Terms & Conditions
Effective 4 July 2026 · Last updated 4 July 2026
These terms define the relationship between customers and House of Vanishka when accessing the store, creating an account, or purchasing products.
Using the store
By using the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes.
Products and availability
Product colours, scale, and appearance may vary by screen and handcrafted items may have minor variations. Availability is not guaranteed until inventory is validated. We may correct genuine listing or pricing errors and will offer cancellation and refund where an accepted order cannot be fulfilled.
Orders and payment
An order acknowledgement is not a promise to fulfil. An order becomes accepted after payment and inventory checks succeed. Payments are processed through authorised providers; House of Vanishka does not store complete card credentials. Taxes, discounts, and delivery charges are shown before confirmation.
Shipping, cancellation, and returns
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Shipping, cancellation, return, exchange, and refund eligibility are governed by the separate policies linked in the footer and displayed at checkout. Customised, hygiene-sensitive, used, damaged-after-delivery, or final-sale products may be ineligible where disclosed before purchase.
Intellectual property and conduct
Store content, branding, photography, designs, and software are owned by or licensed to House of Vanishka. You may not copy, scrape, resell, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where law expressly permits.
Liability, law, and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded and aggregate contractual liability is limited to the affected order value. Applicable governing law, registered business identity, and dispute jurisdiction must be confirmed by legal counsel before launch.
Questions or rights requests may be submitted through the Contact page or to support@houseofvanishka.com. Final launch wording must be reviewed against the business's registered details and applicable law.
