Shipping Policy
Effective 4 July 2026 · Last updated 4 July 2026
This policy explains when orders are prepared, handed to the courier, tracked, and delivered.
Order processing
Paid orders pass through inventory, address, and packaging checks before dispatch. Adding an order to our fulfilment provider does not mean it has shipped. Tracking begins after courier assignment and pickup.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Available delivery estimates and charges are shown during checkout. Estimates may change because of destination, product preparation, courier capacity, weather, public holidays, remote-area service, or events outside reasonable control.
Tracking and delivery attempts
When available, tracking is shown in your account and sent through service notifications. Ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate. Couriers may make limited delivery attempts; re-shipping costs may apply where delivery fails because supplied details are incorrect or the recipient is unavailable.
Damage, loss, and incorrect parcels
Inspect the parcel on arrival. Report visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect item promptly through customer support with the order number, packaging photographs, and an unedited opening video where reasonably available. We will investigate with the courier before determining the remedy.
Restrictions and support
Some destinations, products, or postal codes may be unavailable or require additional charges. Ownership and risk transfer rules, international delivery availability, exact processing windows, and escalation timelines must be confirmed by the business before launch.
Questions or rights requests may be submitted through the Contact page or to support@houseofvanishka.com. Final launch wording must be reviewed against the business's registered details and applicable law.
