How to request deletion
To request deletion of your House of Vanishka account and associated personal data, email us at support@houseofvanishka.com.
Please send the request from the email address associated with your House of Vanishka account and include your registered mobile number, if applicable.
What data may be deleted
After verifying your request, we may delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Saved addresses
- Account profile information
- Other personal information associated with your account
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, taxation, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes.
